Roman de la Rose: Scene, Old Woman bringing Wreath from Lover to Welcome -- Old Woman, wearing kerchief-veil, kneels, extending floral wreath toward Personification of Welcome, peering from grated window of prison tower. Scene against diapered background within frame of miniature decorated with tendrils in left column.
