Pentecost -- Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled with wimple, with joined hands, kneels and looks up toward dove of Holy Ghost, nimbed, amid rays in mandorla; gold tongues descend from the mandorla. Mary is surrounded by five apostles, nimbed, three with joined hands, one with raised hands. They are in structure with arched openings to exterior. Another apostle, nimbed, with joined hands, kneels under one of the arches, looking up toward Holy Ghost. Four men stand under the other arch, one with joined hands, all looking up.
Man stands in background in courtyard next to building; tower and wall.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including daisy, dianthus growing in pot with trellis, viola and thistle, and inhabited by butterfly, snails, and bee.
