George of Cappadocia: slaying Dragon -- George, wearing helmet, armor decorated with heraldic shield, and spurs, with dagger at waist, raising sword with right hand, holding shield with heraldry on left arm is astride bridled, rearing horse, holding reins with left hand. Dragon reclines on back with feet in air, broken bannered spear piercing through mouth to neck, bleeding from the wound; other pieces of the spear flank him. In background, Princess of Trebizond stands holding lead to small white dog.
Scene in landscape with castle or city in background, and with birds flying in V formation.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament inhabited by woman wearing headdress standing on patch of grass and by fantastic animal .
