Christ: Nativity -- Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, head on pillow, reclines on draped bed next to manger in which is swaddled Christ Child, crossed nimbus. Ox and ass stand at the manger. Joseph the Carpenter, decorated nimbus, holding crutch with right hand, stands at foot of the bed. One of three angels in background stands next to manger, another at head of bed. Two have crossed (?) nimbi.
Rectilinear frame enclosing text and miniature decorated with foliate, and vining floreate, ornament.
