Descents of the houses of Warwick and Essex

Three documents, one with circular hanging seal:
Waleran of Warwick, wearing surcoat over chain mail, cross-inscribed helmet, and spurs, holding raised sword in right hand and shield in left hand, is seated astride horse, all in circular seal with frame inscribed SIGILLVM WALERANI COMITIS WARWICIAE (equestrian seal).
Along branches of trees interspersed with leaves are roundels inscribed with names and eight escutcheons:
1) Beauchamp of Elmley (gules a fess or).
2) Beauchamp of Elmley (gules a fess or), impaled with D'Abitot (parti per pale or and gules three roundels counter-changed).
3) Beauchamp of Elmley (gules a fess or), impaled with a blank shield.
4) Newburgh (lozengy azure and or a bordure gules semy of plates), impaled with Harcourt (Or two bars gules), surmounted by a crown.
5) Newburgh (lozengy azure and or a bordure gules semy of plates), impaled with Doyley (bendy of six or and azure).
6) Newburgh (lozengy azure and or a bordure gules semy of plates), impaled with Bassett (barry nebuly of six or and gules), surmounted by a crown.
7) Newburgh (lozengy azure and or a bordure gules semy of plates), impaled with Longespee of Salisbury (azure six lions rampant or), surmounted by a crown.
8) Mauduit (argent two bars gules), impaled with Newburgh (lozengy azure and or a bordure gules semy of plates).
