Christ: Arrest and Apostle, Peter: cutting off Ear of Malchus -- Christ, crossed nimbus, raising left hand, holds bleeding ear of Malchus, and looks toward him. Malchus, raising right hand, holding lantern with left hand, crouches in front of Peter, nimbed and tonsured, raising scimitar with right hand and extending left hand to head of Malchus. Judas, his face close to face of Christ, grasps with his right hand right arm of Christ. Soldiers stand behind Christ, one, wearing knotted sash around waist, putting rope around His waist, another holding His right arm with right hand and bannered spear with left hand. Of the other soldiers, one holds lantern, five hold spears, one holds torch, one halberd. Man stands in background looking on.
