Virgin Mary: Annunciation -- Dove of Holy Ghost, nimbed, descends in rays toward Virgin Mary, nimbed, with joined hands raised, seated on bench, beneath canopy, with open book with pseudo-inscriptions on her lap, before Archangel Gabriel, nimbed, holding fleuron-tipped scepter in right hand, raising left forefinger, and partly kneeling on tiled floor.
Interior scene with paneled walls.
Borders inhabited by bird, butterfly and snail and decorated with foliate and floreate ornament, including strawberries, daisies and currants.
Initial D of Domine decorated with strawberries in infilling at beginning of Matins for Hours of the Virgin.
