Christ: Nativity -- Nude Christ Child, nimbed, reclines on ground flanked by Virgin Mary, nimbed, and Joseph the Carpenter, both kneeling with joined hands. In background are angel, kneeling with joined hands, and in pen, ox and ass. Rays descend from top of frame.
Scene partly in manger, with hole in roof; trees and hills in distance.
Foliate initial D with floreate ornament. Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including, and inhabited by cock, by man, wearing hood, emerging from flower, and by fox, sitting upright, wearing hood and holding walking stick.
