Evangelist Mark, nimbed, wearing hat, holding pen to his head with right hand, sits with scroll with pseudo-inscription on his lap beside winged lion. In background is wall inscribed IN ILLO TEM[ORE].... and brocade cloth inscribed EVMIES (sic)(pseudo-inscription ?).
Margins with geometrical design and foliate and vinescroll ornament, inhabited by fantastic winged animal and bird.
