2) Benedict of Montecassino: Scene, in Cave at Subiaco, and Benedict of Montecassino: Scene, Devil breaking Bell -- Beside building on top of hill, Romanus of Subiaco, tonsured, in monk's habit, lowers rope attached to basket of food toward raised hands of Benedict, nimbed, tonsured, in monk's habit, emerging from mouth of cave. Winged devil, flying, holds and heaves stones, one striking bell attached to the basket.
