Jerome or bishop, holding book with draped left hand, raising right hand and wearing chasuble with pallium (?), stands in niche of tall narrow building with dome.
Scene within initial I decorated with foliate ornament terminating in foliate medallion enclosing swan.
Margin:
Monkey (?) standing on all four legs.
