Virgin Mary: Coronation -- Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, holding scepter in right hand and raising left hand, inclines head toward Christ, decorated nimbus, as he places crown on her head with right hand. Both figures are seated on bench.
In medallions within frame, four male figures representing four Rivers of Paradise, pour water from urns.
Corner medallions enclose symbols of Evangelists John as eagle, Matthew as angel, Mark as winged lion, and Luke as winged ox, each with decorated nimbus and holding scroll. Scrolls of Evangelists John and Matthew inscribed with their names.
