Christ: Presentation -- Joseph the Carpenter, wearing hat, holds basket containing doves, behind Virgin Mary, pearled nimbus, veiled, holding seated Christ Child, cross-nimbed, raising right hand in blessing toward Simeom raising his draped hands, standing behind draped altar.
Scene against gold diapered background within initial C with ornament of foliage; spandrels decorated with diapered ornament.
Margins decorated with rectilinear foliate extensions and sprigs of foliage.
In upper margin, rabbit pursued by dog.
In right margin, hybrid animal and heraldic escutcheon of L'Estrange, variant (gules, crusily fitchy and two lions passant argent).
In lower margin, dragon and centaur, wearing winged headgear, armed with buckler and sword, flanking heraldic shield of Oddingsell (argent, a fess and gules, in the dexter chief a mullet of the second).
In left margin, heraldic escutcheon of du Bois, variant (argent, two bars gules on a canton of the second a mullet of the field).
