Pentecost -- Group of apostles, nimbed, kneel, two with joined hands raised (most have only tops of nimbi visible). At right, dove of Holy Ghost descends on rays through open window. Scene within decorated initial S.
Face of man wearing hat is in penwork initial A.
Top and bottom margins are decorated with floreate borders. In lower margin is cross-surmounted escutcheon with arms of Jean Coeur (azure, three hearts gules, on a fesse or three escallops argent), flanked by scrolls with inscription MORIR COVIE(N)T SOVE(NT) ADVIE(N)T ET NEN SOVIE(NT).
