Virgin Mary and Christ Child -- On podium decorated with arcades, Catherine of Courteny kneels with joined hands raised, crowned by right hand of Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, veiled, seated before cloth of honor on two-storied arcaded bench, with left hand supporting on her lap Christ Child, decorated crossed nimbus, nude (?), with right hand raised.
Figures (Italian) beneath trefoil architectural frame, against gold background within initial D decorated with foliate ornament (French), at beginning of Matins of the Hours of the Virgin.
Line ending: man armed with sword and shield (buckler).
Line ending: escutcheon of gules, a fretty and a canton argent.
