George of Cappadocia: slaying Dragon -- George, nimbed, wearing helmet and armor, seated astride horse, holds cross-inscribed shield in left hand and with lance held in right hand stabs dragon through its mouth. In background sits Princess of Trebizond, beside lamb. Scene in landscape with trees and castle on hill.
Margins with gems, pearls, and jewels, some resembling flowers; and cameo of Veronica of Rome, nimbed, holding veil inscribed with face of Christ.
