Below a framed inscription, an emblem, embellished by the motto, SIGNUM FOEDERIS under palm branches, consists of a medallion enclosing a rainbow in a landscape. Attached to the medallion below is a panel containing a monochrome landscape. Flowers, including forget-me-nots, tulips, and carnations, emerge from acanthus leaves on the sides. Verses framed by acanthus leaves are below. Three bar golden frame.
