Christ: Deposition -- Christ, cross-projecting pearled nimbus, in loin cloth, with both arms detached, is affixed with nails in feet to suppedaneum of cross with inscribed titulus and with lower stem entwined by serpent. His body is supported by Joseph of Arimathea, pearled nimbus, and Nicodemus, over right arm of the cross, grasping His left arm; both are on ladder.
Below, Virgin Mary, veiled, and Evangelist John, both with pearled nimbi, hold garments and look up toward Him.
