Christ: teaching -- Christ, nimbed, gesturing, sits surrounded by twelve Apostles, nimbed, five kneeling with joined hands raised, six standing, gesturing, four of them on bridge, and one sitting on low wall, holding open book with pseudo-inscription.
In background, city, with moat, with people peering from the windows of buildings. At right, couple in bed visible through large window surmounted by statue. One tower surmounted by bulbous cupola (?). At left are two men, one wearing hat, standing with mattock, the other lying down beside moat, where two swans are swimming. Beyond city wall, windmill on hill, with two men, one reclining, the other carrying sack.
