Scene, Liturgical: Obsequies -- Acolyte holding situla in right hand and processional cross in left hand stands opposite priest, tonsured, wearing vestments, holding open book with both hands. Behind him stands group of five mourners, all hooded, one holding garment to face. In foreground, man stands in grave holding enshrouded corpse. Mattock on ground at foot of grave. In background, tapestry inscribed ANIME EORUM IN [BONIS] DE MORENTUR. ET SEMEN EORUM HEREDITET [TER]RAM,next to domed, windowed building with tower.
Margins decorated with floreate ornament including grapes and strawberry, inhabited by two rabbits, one eating grapes. In lower margin, monogram of initials A and P linked by love knot.
