Initial O decorated with diapered infilling, adjoined in left margin by female warrior, wearing berbette, armed with shield decorated with heraldry of vert, a fess argent, and man, armed with heraldic shield of Neuville-Vitasse, both combatting with spears, and attacked by two fantastic animals biting their legs, one entwined with another fantastic animal amid foliate tendrils, two projected horizontally and linked by interlace and knots in lower margin.
