Thomasin von Zerclaere: Text, Der Wälsche Gast, Book 06.05 -- Horned devil, standing on flames, with scrolls inscribed DER BRANT and DIE HELLE, pulls chain around neck of second horned devil, suspended above by rod (?) held in both hands of nimbed angel, hovering in air, with scroll inscribed GODES GERICHTE, possibly personification of Judgment. Below the angel are two female personifications of Good Deeds, each with scroll inscribed DIE GUDE. One stands with her hands on the shoulders of the other, kneeling with hands raised to hands of crowned personification of God's Grace, with scroll inscribed GODES GNADE.
