1) Apocalypse: John taking Book -- Nimbed angel in cloud, right hand raised to arc of heaven with starred border, right foot in sea contining fish, left foot on land, inscribed TERRA, giving open book, inscribed LIBRORUM, to Evangelist John nimbed; inscriptions UBI IOHANNES LIBRUM ACCEPIT and UBI ANGELUS POSUIT PEDEM DEXTRUM SUPER MARE SINIXTRUM SUPER TERRAM; to right and below, 2) Apocalypse: John measuring Temple -- John receiving rod from angel, both nimbed; inscription UBI IOHANNES AB ANGELO ARUNDINEM ACCEPIT; John nimbed, holding measuring rod beside altar, inscribed ALTARE, in portal flanked by nimbed saints, prostrate, all within temple; inscription ISTI ADORANT TEMPLUM.
