Livres des Merveilles du Monde: Scene, Scotland -- On seven clifftops are seven nests holding three eagles, each with two chicks, and three other chicks and two eggs. Youthful man, with bow slung over right shoulder and arrows under right arm, holds hawk perched on left hand, beside another man, wearing hat, with arrows slung over back and holding bow; walking on path. Scene in grassy and hilly landscape with buildings in background. Initial S of Scocie decorated with foliate ornament. Miniature for Livre de Merveilles du Monde for Scotland.
