God: in Mandorla -- God, nimbed, right hand raised in blessing, holding tri-partite globe with left hand is seated in rayed mandorla.
Left margin decorated with border of floreate ornament inhabited by putto grasping vine.
In right margin, four medallions enclosing busts of four figures including: pope, nimbed, wearing triple crowned papal tiara, raising right hand in blessing, holding processional cross with left hand; Jerome, nimbed, wearing cardinal's hat, looking toward open book held with both hands, head of lion visible at his side; bishop, nimbed, wearing miter, holding scourge with right hand and crozier with left hand; abbot, nimbed, wearing miter and cope inscribed with pseudo-inscription, holding book with right hand and crozier with left hand. Below, putto playing horn and another playing bagpipe.
Lower margin, foliate medallion enclosing head of Christ, crossed nimbus.
