1) Agatha of Catania: Scene, Pilgrims at Tomb - Two groups of men stand behind tomb of Agatha. Scene with gold background, within initial D decorated with dragon stem.
2) Apostle Peter: Scene, Chair at Antioch -- Peter, wearing papal tiara and vestments, holds cross-staff, raises joined hands, and sits on cathedra, flanked by two kneeling monks wearing white habits under black mantles (Dominicans ?). Scene with gold background, within initial D decorated with dragon stem.
3) Gregory the Great -- Dove of Holy Ghost flies toward ear of Gregory, wearing papal tiara and vestments. He sits, writing with pen on parchment on lectern, beside curtain. To right Peter the Deacon, tonsured, sits, leaning his head on his right arm. Scene with gold background, within initial D decorated with dragon stem.
4) Benedict of Montecassino: Scene, in Cave of Subiaco, and Benedict of Montecassino: Scene, Devil breaking Bell -- Devil heaves stone at bell in right hand of Romanus of Subiaco, tonsured, in monk's habit. He lowers with his left hand cord attached to loaf toward Benedict of Montecassino, tonsured, in monk's habit, holding open book in cave.
