2) George of Cappadocia: Torture -- Man, with whip in raised right hand, mounted on horse, drags bound legs of nude George of Cappadocia, nimbed, before crowned Emperor Dacian raising his right hand. Scene with gold background, within initial D decorated with dragon stem.
3) Evangelist Mark, nimbed, sits, in profile, on bench, writing with pen and knife on scroll on lectern, beside his symbol, lion, as half-length, seated at his feet. Figure against gold background, with arch behind, within decorated initial D.
