Sodom and Gomorrah: Destruction (Genesis 19:24-25) -- Rays of fire fall on cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, the foremost city walls cracked while tower roof topples to ground. In foreground, two angels stand, one raising right hand. Figures painted in grisaille. Margins decorated with floreate and foliate border above and below left column, miniature within gold frame. Initial E of En decorated with heraldry of the Créquy family (or, wild plum gules).
