Christ: Presentation -- Female attendant, possibly Prophetess Anna, rays as nimbus, holds basket of doves with right hand beside Virgin Mary, rays as nimbus, wearing wimpled veil, extending Christ Child, cross-nimbed, orant, over draped altar and toward draped hands of bearded High Priest, possibly Simeon, behind which stands bearded man, possibly Joseph the Carpenter, wearing turban-like headgear. Scene in room of temple with hanging lamp. Borders decorated with foliate and ivy-leaf ornament.
