Christ, nimbed, holding cross-surmounted globe and with right hand raised in blessing, sits on throne surmounted by two crosses and flanked by angels. In His side is Sacred Heart, with face inscribed, emanating rays to George Podiebrad, crowned, kneeling with joined hands raised beside the throne.
Margins with floreate ornament, inhabited by bird and stag.
