Shepherds: Annunciation -- Three shepherds, all hooded, including one holding bagpipe and one holding pedum, stand and point hands up toward angel, holding scroll inscribed GLORIA IN EXCELESIS. Scene in landscape with trees and flock of sheep. Diapered background.
Miniature enclosed in fluted frame with quatrefoils at corners, within an outer frame of decorated bands, with ivy-rinceaux ornament extending into margins.
