Christ: Nativity -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, kneels with joined hands raised to nude infant Christ Child, cross-nimbed, laying on ground on her mantle. Opposite Mary kneels Joseph the Carpenter, holding candle in joined raised hands. Ox and ass are behind them. On ground before the Christ Child are candlestick, basket, and pitcher. Scene in shed in landscape with hills and sky with stars.
Margins with ivy-rinceaux and floreate ornament, inhabited by peacock and crane.
