Virgin Mary: Annunciation -- Archangel Gabriel, holding scepter in left hand, raises right hand to Virgin Mary, with joined hands raised behind prie-dieu with open book with pseudo-inscription. Dove of Holy Ghost descends on rays from arc of heaven at top left. Miniature enclosed in architectural frame with two standing figures of prophets (?). Bottom of frame inscribed [DO]MINE LABIA M[E]A APERIES ET OS ANV[N]CIABIT. In lower margin is escutcheon with unidentified arms (or a chevron azure, on dexter and sinister, two choughs proper beaked and legged gules; in chief two mullets of 5 points azure).
