Shepherds: Annunciation -- Bust of angel, nimbed, holding scroll inscribed GLORIA IN EXCELSIS, appears in starry arc of heaven, emanating rays, above two shepherds, including one hooded, holding staff in right hand, and the other wearing hat, kneeling on one knee, both in field with flock of sheep, some wearing bells around their necks, and dog, laying down. In background are trees and distant city.
Margins with vinescroll, ivy-rinceaux, and floreate ornament.
