God, wearing triple crowned papal tiara, raising right hand in blessing, holding cross surmounted globe with left hand, is seated on throne with platform.
Blue heads appear above arch inside frame of miniature.
Margins decorated with border of gold rinceaux inhabited by fantastic animals and two hybrid men. Gold geometric ornament on each corner of miniature.
