Thomasin von Zerclaere: Text, Der Wälsche Gast, Book 08.01 -- Personification of Honor (?), with scrolls inscribed DIE TRUWE and GYFF YME SYN RECHT, and personification of Temperance (Moderation), with scrolls inscribed DIE MAZE and ICH MESSEN YME WAL, hold bolt of cloth. Moderation also holds ruler in right hand. To left are personifications of Intemperance, with scrolls inscribed DIE UNMAZE and SWIG UND LAZE SY HORDI (sic); Dishonor (?), with scrolls inscribed DIE UNGETRUWE and UBER GRYFFT NIT (sic), both holding the same bolt of cloth. To far right is personification of Intemperance, with scroll inscribed DIE UNMAZE.
