Christ: in Gethsemane -- Christ, with rays as nimbus, kneels with joined hands raised toward goblet (chalice ?) on rock. In foreground are three sleeping apostles, all nimbed, seated on ground with Peter at center, and wooden fence to right. In background, armored soldiers with spears enter garden through gate (Christ: Betrayal, Arrival in Garden). Miniature framed by columns.
Margins with foliate ornament, including strawberries.
