Virgin Mary: Presentation -- In left column, maidservant, nimbed, holding candle with left hand and basket or nest containing three birds with right hand stands behind Anna, nimbed with wimpled veil. She extends both hands to young Virgin Mary, nimbed, with joined hands raised, on steps approaching draped altar. Two men wearing hats, gesturing with right hands, are behind the altar.
Joachim: Death -- In upper right column, body of Joachim, wearing hat, holding blank scroll with right hand, recumbent on tomb slab.
