Beginning of Romans.
Apostle, Paul: preaching -- Of three men wearing pointed hats, one raises right forefinger and left hand. He stands facing Paul, with right hand and left forefinger raised. Behind him are two men, wone with his right hand raised. Below are five seated men. Figures in decorated initial.
Stephen Protomartyr: Stoning -- In lower margin is man holding spear with right hand and extending left hand toward scene on two men, raising stones in there right hand to strike Stephen Protomartyr, nimbed. kneeling with joined hands raised, stone on his head, bleeding from wound.
