Scene, Liturgical: Consecration of Bishop -- Kneeling, tonsured candidate, wearing vestments, is surrounded by three bishops, mitered, wearing vestments. One holds crozier with both hands; one, mouth open, looks at open book held in both hands; the third places miter with infulae on candidate's head. Three acolytes, two tonsured, stand behind the bishops, each holding crozier, one also holding silver object, another also holding situla in which is aspergil.
