Virgin Mary: Coronation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed and crowned, head inclined, arms crossed on breast, is seated on large draped throne next to Christ, rayed crossed nimbus, raising right hand in gesture of blessing, resting left hand on globe. The throne is surrounded by red seraphs, and other angels. The foreground is filled with backturned saints, most only nimbi visible; other saints are at right, looking up toward Mary and Christ.
Below miniature is inscribed SALVATOR MO(N)DI SALVA NOS OM(NE)S S(AN)CTA DEI GENETRIS
