Virgin Mary: Adoration of Christ Child-- Ray of light shining through hole in wall of building falls on Christ Child, nimbed, nude, lying in wattle basket. Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, half-figure, hands joined, and Joseph the Carpenter, nimbed, holding lantern, adore Christ Child. Ox and ass flank the basket. Landscape visible through hole in wall and archway of building.
