Zone 1:
David: Glorification -- Six soldiers in mail, armed with spears, sword and shield, attend Saul, crowned, in mail, raising right hand toward David, with pedum in hands, holding up head of Goliath.
To right, three women play square tambourine, drum, and castanets, and man plays viol. Two men raise hands high at portal of building; men and woman, wearing headdress, look down from tower. Illustration of I Samuel 18:6, 7.
Zone 2:
1) Saul: hurling Javelin at David -- Winged, horned bestial devil descends toward head of Saul, crowned, seated on animal faldstool with footstool, directing javelin at David, with harp in left hand, departing to right. Illustration of I Samuel 18:10,11.
