Christ: Flight into Egypt -- Virgin Mary, rays as nimbus, sits sideways on ass, holding with both hands, swaddled Christ Child, rays as nimbus. Joseph the Carpenter, nimbed, walks beside bridled ass, holding rein in right hand. At left, ox (only head visible) follows behind ass. Scene in landscape with rocky outcrops, with city and mountains in distance. Top of frame trimmed.
Margins decorated with floreate ornament. In lower margin, monogram of initials A and P linked by love knot. Text, Suffrages.
