Within decorated initial S, Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, crowned, orant, is seated on arm of initial S. She is flanked by two angels, decorated nimbi. One angel holds upper curve of initial S. Second angel holds garments in right hand and indicates Virgin Mary with left hand.
Below, Hainricus Sacrista, lies prostrate, hands raised.
