Moses: communicating with God -- Christ-Logos, crossed nimbus, stands in pulpit decorated with nude male figure raising right hand to head. Christ-Logos raises left hand and extends right hand in blessing toward Moses, kneeling with joined hands raised below rayed arc of Heaven.
Scene within initial L decorated with foliate ornament and with foliate extenders.
Margin, lower:
Coiled serpent in foliate medallion attached to lower end of foliate extension.
