Grandes chroniques de France, Book I, Chapter 20.
Clovis I: Scene, Baptism -- Clovis I, crowned, nude, hands joined in prayer, stands in baptismal font. He is flanked by cleric, holding cross-staff, and Remigius of Reims, dressed as bishop, right hand raised to receive chrismatory from dove of Holy Ghost, descending. Six figures, including one cleric, stand or kneel around them.
