Scene, Liturgical: Bishop kissing Cross -- Bishop, wearing miter with infulae, with joined hands raised, leans head toward cross held by both hands of cleric, tonsured. They are flanked by two men, one holding red drapery, and by four (?) clerics, three only partially visible, the fourth with head turned in direction of viewer. Apse in background. All enclosed in initial C decorated with floreate ornament extending into margins and inhabited by bird, two putti wrestling, and putto stabbing foliage with arrow held with both hands.
