In right panel of vignette in lower margin is falconer, wearing hat, holding reins in right hand and with hawk on left hand, seated astride horse (Month, Occupation: May). Beside horse runs dog. Scene in landscape with stream, trees, and rocks (?).
Left margin decorated with foliate ornament.
Miniature and ornament executed in grisaille and gold tones with color accents.
