Virgin Mary: Visitation -- Joseph (?), with dark hair and beard, removing hat with left hand, stands behind Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, raising right hand. Elizabeth, nimbed and veiled with wimple, wearing sack (?) at waist, extends both hands to abdomen of Mary.
Exterior scene with house in background.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including viola, and inhabited by monkey holding walking stick, and wearing on back, basket containing bird, and another bird.
